Below are the monthly plans that we currently offer. Each plan has three options-A, B & C. Option A includes housekeeping & services, option B is for services only, and option C is housekeeping services only-with a bonus of one hour per month of services (other than cleaning) FREE! So, for each plan C, you save an extra $15/month on services! Each plan below shows the monthly fee for one, or two cleaners, first fee is when one cleaner is needed, second is if two cleaners are needed.   Bronze A-10 hrs./mo.-6 hrs services, & 4 hrs./mo. of housekeeping $170, or $250 value, for $150, or $230--SAVE $20 per month! Home Visits......................15/visit Online Services...........................varies Meal Delivery...............................10 locally (Prices during normal hours of operation-for                    weekends/holidays, see below) Fee Policy: At H.E.L.P., we strive to deliver excellent service at an affordable price.   Our service fees are calculated per hour, with a one hour minimum charge on all services. There is a two hour minimum on home or office cleaning.   A few of our services, however, such as Meal Delivery, or Away Visits are calculated per delivery, or per visit, respectively. All errands, deliveries, etc., are to be within the local areas served, otherwise a mileage charge will apply.  Despite the ever increasing gas prices, we currently do not apply a mileage charge for local services, we are doing our best to keep this from happening.  In the event of an addition of a mileage charge, we will update the website accordingly.  Again, if you have any questions whatsoever, do not hesitate to ask! *Transportation for pet services are $8 one-way, or $14 round trip within a 10 mile radius. If more than one pet is traveling, the initial fee will be charged, with a fee of $2 each additional pet each way.  In the event that you would like us to stay with your pet (for short term vet/groomer services), there is an additional $10 per hour fee.  In home pet services are $10 per hour.  Please call for more details, or if you have any questions. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm.  Fee for errands, etc., after hours, or on weekends is $25/hour.  Fee for cleaning after hours or on weekends is $55/hr. (except for office cleaning)  Fee for errands on holidays is $30/hr.  Office cleaning is available after hours, for the standard fee, as shown above.  Cleaning is not available on holidays at this time. Errands may be combined to keep your costs low, with a maximum of four errands per calculated hour (as time allows).  After the first hour, all hourly services (except housekeeping) are calculated by thirty minute increments.  Payment is expected prior to service, or at time of service. For our clients who prefer to use our monthly plans, payment is expected for the month, prior to, or at the time of services.  Any unused hours within the month will roll over to the following month-client will never lose time with us because they didn't use it!  Currently we accept cash, personal/business check (with proper identification for your protection), money order, or secure credit card payments through Paypal.  Our Paypal Id is helpservices@adelphia.net.  There is a $30 returned check fee for all returned checks.  In our monthly plans, if meal delivery is desired, two deliveries are equal to one hour of service. Remember, if our current plans do not work for you, and you have something else in mind, we will work with you to create a plan that will. Service fees are completely separate from any costs otherwise associated with services, ie: fees do not include cost of groceries, gifts, meals, additional service fees from other providers, cost of other goods purchased, late fees (for overdue books, movies, etc.), postage, etc. At least twenty-four hour notice is expected with all services-except in an emergency situation.  In such situations, an additional charge will be calculated depending upon the situation.  Meal delivery services require only 1 hour notification, however more notification is greatly appreciated, and can help to ensure that you are able to get your order(s) in, as meal delivery service is on a  first come, first served basis.  Additionally, earlier notification will help avoid missing your lunch! Cancellations-A 24 hour notice is required for cancelling cleaning services.  In the event that 24 hour notice is not given, a one hour charge will apply.  There are of course emergency situations that cannot be avoided, which will be taken into consideration.   Regarding Tips/Gratuities-Please note that to keep your cost low on our services, we have not factored in tips or gratuities.  Tips and gratuities are most certainly not expected by our service providers/cleaners, but they are most appreciated when they are forthcoming! Referral Bonus-Recommend us to anyone that you think could use our services, and receive $10 off of your next service! The bonus will be granted to you (or placed on your account), upon full payment from new client for service(s) rendered.  *New client must order and pay for at least $30 worth of services.  There is no limit on how often you can collect bonuses for referrals!  You could virtually pay for our services with referrals! Senior Citizen/College Student Discount-We gladly apply 10% discount to our Senior Citizen, or college student clients, with proper photo id.  Senior citizen discount is for our clients who are 60 and older.  College students must currently be enrolled in school, and have student id, for the current semester.  If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to ask!
